Privacy policy

This page says what I collect, why I collect it and who else can see it.

I’m Paul Richards. I run The Ageless Playbook from New Zealand, and I look after your information under the Privacy Act 2020.

When you ask for the First Conversation, you give me your email address, and your first name if you want to. The button you choose, the Staff Workbook or the Facilitator Guide, tells me which version to send.

If you email me, or reply to one of my emails, I keep your message so I can answer it.

The form tool also sees your IP address, which it uses to block spam.

I use your email address to send you the First Conversation. If you click the button in that email to say yes, I’ll also write to you about coaching clients over 50.

Which download you choose tells me which version to send.

Asking for the First Conversation gets you one email with your download. I only add you to my email list if you click the button in that email to say yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Use it and I’ll take you off straight away.

A few services hold your information for me:

• Surecontact, which I use for my forms and my email list.
• WordPress, which runs this website.
• Beehiiv, where my earlier posts were published and where some people subscribed. From now on I use Surecontact for my list.

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it with anyone else.

Some of these services may keep information outside New Zealand.

I don’t set a time limit. If you unsubscribe, I stop emailing you but I don’t delete your details, so that I don’t email you again. If you want your details deleted, ask me.

You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email me at paul@theagelessplaybook.com and I’ll reply within 20 working days.

If you’re not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

This site doesn’t use analytics, and I don’t use cookies to track you. If that changes, I’ll say so here.
