Coach Paul
Paul Richards runs Ignite Fitness in Wellington, New Zealand, which he's owned since 2015. Before specialising, he spent years doing what most coaches do, fighting for young clients who wanted abs and disappeared after eight weeks.
Now he works with people who train for independence, not Instagram. People who want to keep up with their grandchildren. People who understand that strength at 60 looks different than strength at 25, and that's exactly the point.
The Ageless Playbook exists because Paul spent too long learning these lessons the hard way. If you're a coach tired of the grind, or someone interested in sustainable performance, you'll find something useful here.
